JC ASENSIO

SUMMARY

JC Asensio is a managing director with the Corporate Capital Markets group at Newmark Knight Frank. The Corporate Capital Markets group provides market leading advisory and execution for a wide variety of capital markets solutions for existing and planned assets on behalf of corporate occupiers, developers, M&A sponsors and owners, both private and institutional.

Prior to joining NKF, Mr. Asensio served as first vice president with CBRE's Corporate Capital Markets practice, where he successfully transacted in excess of $3.5 billion in sale/leaseback, build-to-suit and net lease transactions across 42 states and six countries, totaling more than 37 million square feet of commercial real estate.

EDUCATION

Mr. Asensio earned a Master of Real Estate Development and Urbanism degree from the University of Miami. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Arizona, where he majored in business economics and business management.
