Briggs Goldberg is an associate director with the Corporate Capital Markets group of Newmark Knight Frank. The Corporate Capital Markets group provides market leading advisory and execution for a wide variety of capital markets solutions for existing and planned single-tenant assets on behalf of M&A sponsors and portfolio companies, investment banks, corporate occupiers and developers, both private and institutional.

Prior to joining NKF, Mr. Goldberg served as senior associate with CBRE's Corporate Capital Markets Group based in Chicago, where he facilitated the strategic execution of real estate dispositions valued in excess of $1.3 billion and totaling 15.5 million square feet across North America, Europe and Africa.

Education

Mr. Goldberg is a graduate of Northwestern University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational behavior with a concentration in business administration.
