Summary

Carla Robles is a Client Services Coordinator with CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets Group in Chicago.Corporate Capital Markets plays an integral role in both the Capital Markets and Global Corporate Services groups providing capital market advisory and execution expertise for planned and existing assets on behalf of corporate users, developers and owners. Ms. Robles’ group provides advisory and execution proficiency on a full range of real estate and credit-based transaction structures for single tenant and corporate owned properties.

In her role, Ms. Robles is responsible for the planning, management and coordination of marketing materials, playing an integral part in the creation and enhancement of e-blast, offering memorandums, marketing reports and property websites.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Robles served as a Marketing and Communications manager for Avenir Publishing Inc., focusing on various marketing initiatives for companies pertaining to the Construction and Real Estate Development industry. During her time at Avenir, Ms. Robles coordinated ribbon cutting ceremonies, managed social mediaaccounts, as well as assisted in the design and editing of three quarterly real estate magazines.
